// GAMING // 7 Days to Die Modded Server

─── BEGIN LOG ENTRY ───

7 Days to Die is an open-world survival horror game set in Navezgane, Arizona, following a nuclear World War III that unleashed a virus, turning the population into zombies. You play a survivor who must gather resources, build shelters, and endure a massive zombie horde attack every seven days. We’ve added a bunch of Mods to make the Horde Nights more terrifying, automatically respawn vehicles and POIs, Better Weapons and ammo, additional tools, larger map, and more to come!

We have our own beefy custom server to host and run the server… no lag, EVER!

Key Storyline Details & Lore

  • The Setting: The game takes place in Navezgane, a region that translates to “Killer of Monsters” in Apache, which acts as a radioactive, zombie-infested wasteland.
  • The Cause: Lore hints that nuclear bombings (WWIII) and a mysterious, airborne virus or biochemical weapon turned humanity into the undead.
  • The Cycle: The game’s premise revolves around the Blood Moon Horde, a massive attack that occurs every 7th day, necessitating intense fortification.
  • The Plot/Lore: Environmental clues suggest a failed attempt by “Hagashi Pharmaceuticals” to create a cure, which instead mutated humans, while the “Duke of Navezgane” is implied to control mutated soldiers.
  • The Goal: The game is a sandbox, but the primary, unstated goal is survival. Early alpha versions featured a note from a trader named Noah, aiming to guide you toward survival in a hostile wasteland.

7 Days to Die features diverse zombie types categorized by threat level (Regular, Feral, Radiated) and special abilities, including Demolition (exploding), Screamers (horde callers), Spider (crawling/climbing), and biome-specific threats like Burned or Mutated zombies. Update 2.0 introduces new variants like Infernal, Charged, and Plague Splitters.

Key Zombie Types and Special Features

  • Demolition Zombie: Wears a vest with explosives that detonate when triggered, posing a massive threat to base integrity.
  • Screamer: White-dressed zombies that scream to attract massive hordes. They should be prioritized immediately.
  • Infected Police Officer (Cop): Ranged attacker that spits acidic bile and self-destructs at low health.
  • Spider Zombie: Fast-moving zombie that crawls on all fours and jumps to climb structures.
  • Wight: A naturally feral, high-health zombie that runs at night and is found in high-level POIs.
  • New 2.0 Zombies (Infernal/Charged): Tank-like, high-damage zombies that appear in later game stages, often breaking floor blocks.
  • Animal Zombies: Fast, dangerous threats like zombie dogs and bears.

Modifiers and Variations

  • Regular: Basic form, varying appearances (e.g., Hazmat, Nurse, Soldier).
  • Feral: Faster, stronger, orange-eyed variants that run during the day.
  • Radiated: Green, glowing zombies that possess high health and regenerate damage over time.

Synonyms and Common Terms

  • Runners: Feral zombies.
  • Cops: Infected Police Officers.
  • Shriekers: Screamers.
  • Tanks: Biker or high-health zombies.
  • Muties: Mutated Zombies.

Usage Examples

  • Horde Nights: Use high-damage weapons to target Demolition zombies’ chests, but avoid shooting them too early to prevent premature explosions.
  • Base Defense: Use armor-piercing or high-damage weapons to tackle Radiated and Infernal zombies, which act as tanks.
  • Exploration: Use stealth to avoid Screamers and snipe them from a distance before they call a horde.
